Perfect for first-timers and those with some SUP or yoga experience, this floating Honolulu yoga session takes you through sun salutations, standing poses and traditional savasana on the water.

‘Flow and Go’ offers the best of both worlds – a paddling lesson, followed by a relaxing SUP yoga class. This experience is suitable for all levels, no experience necessary! Come out and join us!
We start the session with a brief introduction on the beach, discussing important safety precautions and proper paddle technique so you can feel confident and comfortable on the water.
Then we head down to the water and enjoy a leisurely paddle in the calm, protected waters of Ala Moana beach. This is the perfect time to spot turtles and enjoy the morning on the water. Please note, you should be comfortable swimming or wearing a lifejacket as we will be in deep water.
After about a 30-minute break, we will begin our SUP yoga class. This class is also designed for all levels, especially beginners. We anchor the boards in waist-deep water and enjoy a playful yoga flow class. We challenge our balance and strengthen our core in our SUP yoga practice. After all our hard work, we enjoy a blissful floating savasana.
